Säfi skin care began with the study of adult acne with a specific concentration on citrus essential oils and extracts to treat adult acne. Our formulation begins with Gotu Kola, an herb grown in India, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, South Africa, and the tropics. Gotu Kola is known to promote healthy skin through its cleansing, feeding, and strengthening properties. To the Gotu Kola we have added pure-grade essential oils, certified organic plants and pure-essential plant, flower, and herbal extracts. This combination provides food for the skin through penetration of the epidermis and entering the blood stream where nourishment begins.
Why the name Säfi
Säfi means "pure" in the Swahili language. The name Säfi was chosen because of our commitment to providing the best skin care with pure-grade organic ingredients.
